Terms of Use

1. Using the service

These terms apply to your use of CocoHumanizer, also called Coco Humanizer. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required.

2. Your content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your text. You retain any rights you already have in your input. You allow us and our service providers to process it as necessary to provide the rewrite and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may edit, copy, and download the results, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not promise that generated text is unique, free of third-party rights, or eligible for copyright protection.

3. Responsible use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, impersonation, or harmful abuse. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, attack the service, bypass technical limits, or interfere with other users’ access.

Follow the rules of your school, employer, publisher, or other organization, including any requirements to disclose AI assistance. A rewrite does not establish human authorship or make an otherwise prohibited use acceptable.

4. Review every result

AI can make mistakes or change important details. Review names, numbers, quotations, citations, and meaning before relying on a result. CocoHumanizer does not provide professional advice and does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or a score from any AI or plagiarism detector.

Third-party logos identify those products. They do not indicate endorsement, partnership, certification, or a live connection to their services.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Free includes 300 words per month and up to 50 words per input. Free supports Basic mode only; Advanced, Master and Controls require Pro. Pro includes 30,000 words per month and up to 3,000 words per rewrite. Each Chinese or Japanese character counts as one unit; other languages use word units. Successful rewrites use the input count. Failed rewrites do not use the monthly allowance. Unused words do not roll over.

Pro costs US$9.99 per month or US$59 per year, charged through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval unless cancelled before renewal. Yearly plans refresh their word allowance monthly. The amount and billing interval are displayed before payment. Creating a free account does not authorize a charge.

You can change your billing interval, cancel renewal and manage payment details in Billing. Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect after payment, with unused monthly time credited against the annual charge. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at annual renewal, without an immediate refund. Stripe displays the amount and effective date before confirmation. A mid-cycle switch carries your current used words into the new allowance period; the next monthly reset date may change. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period and does not itself issue a refund. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support@cocohumanizer.com. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Technical safeguards may limit rapid or simultaneous requests to protect availability; paid accounts are not subject to the free daily processing cap.

6. Service limitations

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

7. Changes and questions
